I like to solve problems through design. As a UX Designer and visual artist with a background in Art Education, I strive to investigate and discuss the connections between humans and design. I understand how to scaffold learning and the various ways in which individuals learn and process that information. I am particularly interested in the way individuals view and interact with design and I strive to leverage that interest to solve problems for the users I design for. During my time as an art educator, I promoted collaboration, communication, and creativity in my classroom and continue to do so as a UX Designer.

When I am not working as a UX Designer, I create for and own SKD Ceramics. My work is sold on my website as well as in several stores.
